CASE MANAGER Louisa County is seeking an experienced individual to provide Medicaid case management services to persons with mental retardation, chronic mental illness and developmental disabilities. The position requires a bachelor degree with a major, or at least 30 semester hours, in the behavioral sciences, education, health care, human services administration, or the social sciences; and a minimum of one year of experience in the delivery of services to adults and children with mental retardation, mental illness, and developmental disabilities; or an Iowa license to practice as a registered nurse and at least 3 years of experience in the delivery of services to adults and children with mental retardation, mental illness and developmental disabilities. Bilingual re: English and Spanish helpful. This is a part-time position (20 hrs/wk) within Louisa County Community Services. General Assistance provides emergency assistance for the needy and poor in
Louisa County. If criteria is met the assistance that can be provided is: food, rent,
shelter, emergency medical, transportation, utilities and burials. The Community Services
