	Office Hours: Monday thru Friday -- 8:00 AM -- 4:30 PM In 1983, the Court Reorganization Act was approved by the Iowa State Legislatures, that transferred the expense of opearting the court system to the State of Iowa. The Clerk of Court processes civil, criminal and juvenile case and probate matters. The Clerk of Court is the contact for matters involving child custody, domestic violence, juvenile case and more.
