	Office Hours: Monday thru Friday -- 8:00 AM -- 4:30 PM Court Offices Closed (Clerk of Court & Juvenile Court) Due to state budget cuts, all court office will be closed on the following dates: Friday, March 12, 2010 Friday, March 26, 2010 Friday, April 2, 2010 Friday, May 28, 2010 Friday, June 18, 2010 In addition, beginning December 15, 2009, all offices of the clerks of the district court shall be closed to the public from 2:30 p.m. until close on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In 1983, the Court Reorganization Act was approved by the Iowa State Legislatures, that transferred the expense of opearting the court system to the State of Iowa. The Clerk of Court processes civil, criminal and juvenile case and probate matters. The Clerk of Court is the contact for matters involving child custody, domestic violence, juvenile case and more.
